​I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michelle Shaw for the last few years and all I can say is that she has been amazing to work with.

Our company plans a client trip every year and Michelle has helped with every detail from start to finish. From suggesting locations, to hotel scouting, to knowing what we will need ahead of time (she knows her stuff). She is a true professional in her field and makes my job of planning this annual event easy.

Michelle always replies to emails and calls in a prompt fashion. She adds humour and personality to our interactions and has been a delight to work with. Planning a trip for 35+ people seems easy with her help. She is extremely patient and understanding, and never makes you feel like you are asking a dumb question.
